The mIKB Active mobile application from IKB provides secure and convenient access to banking services, allowing users to perform financial transactions, review account balances, transaction histories, and other banking features at any time.

In addition to standard login using a four-digit PIN, the application supports authentication via fingerprint recognition. The service can be activated by visiting any IKB branch in person. Upon agreement, users receive an activation code via SMS or email. By entering this code and selecting a personal PIN, the application becomes fully operational.

Functionalities of the mobile banking app include:

• Balances - viewing and monitoring balances and transactions across all accounts, loans, and savings products
• Payments - local currency payments, transfers between personal accounts within the bank, and currency exchange transactions
• Templates - creating and editing payment templates; users also access templates created via Internet banking for IKB
• Orders - reviewing payment orders by selected period, account, and order status; option to send payment confirmations via email
• Cards - checking balances and transactions on credit cards
• PhotoPay - using the device camera to scan barcode on payment slips, enabling automatic filling of payment orders; confirmation is then straightforward
• Trend - organizing personal finances by tracking expenditure across user-defined categories; allows monitoring on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual bases during transactions
• Exchange Rate List - overview of current foreign currency rates
• Branch and ATM locator - browsing bank branches and ATMs with navigation guidance
• Currency Calculator
• Loan Calculator
• Bank Contacts
• Settings - options to change app language, PIN, email address, add new devices for app access, and manage fingerprint authorization

Security:

The mIKB Active mobile banking service from IKB is designed to ensure complete security. All communication within the app occurs over encrypted channels. Users authenticate using a PIN set during the first app launch; this PIN is not stored on the device. If an incorrect PIN is entered three times consecutively, access to the mobile banking service will be temporarily blocked. The application automatically logs out users after periods of inactivity to maintain security.
